会員規約
〇当バーは紹介制・会員制でして、バースペースは禁煙です。
〇初回入店前に会員登録のエントリーをお願いします。この会員登録はカップルでも両名が必要です。
〇初回ご来店の際は各人が身分証2点（運転免許証・マイナンバーカード・パスポート等＆保険証・マイナ保険証）をご持参ください。
カップルのどちらかが2点持っていない場合などは例外なく入店を断ります。
〇初回ご来店時に質問をさせていただきます。当店の雰囲気や他の会員様との交流に適さないと当店にて判断した場合は入会を断ることがあります。
〇個人情報は厳守いたしますので何らかのトラブルがない限りこちらから連絡することはありません。
禁止事項
〇店内を故意に汚す破損する行為
〇店内での睡眠行為
〇他の会員様に対して、迷惑となる不快な行為
〇暴力団関係者、デートクラブ等の関係者の入店
〇入れ墨がある方の入店
その他詳細事項はご来店時に説明しますが、他の会員様のクレームや店側からの指示に従わない場合などは即退場・退会となる場合がありますのでご注意下さい。
尚、その際には入会金および入場料金の返金は一切しませんので予めご了承のうえご来店ください。
※新規会員登録後、実際に当店へご来店いただき入会手続きを経て正式に会員になってログイン可能となります。
※新規会員登録後すぐに会員ログインはできませんのでご注意ください。
新規会員登録後に送られるメールを当店ご来店時にスタッフに見せてください。
Membership
FLASH is a members only bar.
Before your first time visiting, please register as a member.
Both of couple need to register as members.
*For guests from foreign countries
When you first come to the bar, each person must bring their own ID (Passport for tourists/Residence card for people living in Japan).
If either of a couple does not have the piece of IDs, they will be refused entry without exception.
We may ask you some questions at the your first visit and may decline your membership in some cases. We believe that by gathering only the best guests, we will be able to attract new, excellent guests.
There is an initial registration fee of 5,000 yen per couple.
Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
We will not contact you unless there is some kind of trouble.
We may refuse group visits to keep mood of the bar.
When you visit our bar, please show the receptionist the email sent to you when you registered as a member on our website.
We will check the details of your registered email address and phone number if necessary.
We will revoke your membership without notice from any member who we determine to be problematic, such as those who fall under the prohibited items listed below.
If your membership has been revoked, you will not be able to log in to our website.
No explanation will be given for the reason.
Prohibited matter
〇Entering drunk people or groups
〇Entering people of organized crime groups or dating clubs
〇Taking pictures inside the bar with personal cameras (including smartphones, digital cameras, and videos)
〇Intentionally soiling or damaging the bar
〇Sleep in the bar
〇Any unpleasant behavior that may be a nuisance to other members
Other details will be explained when you visit, but please note that if there are complaints from other members or you do not follow instructions from the bar, you may be asked to leave immediately.
Please note that even in such cases, there will be no refund of membership fees or admission fees, so please be aware of this before visiting the bar.
