会員規約

当バーは完全会員制でして、バースペースは禁煙です。

初回入店前に会員登録のエントリーをお願いします。この会員登録はカップルでも両名が必要です。

初回ご来店の際は各人が身分証2点（運転免許証・マイナンバーカード・パスポート等＆保険証・マイナ保険証）をご持参ください。
カップルのどちらかが2点持っていない場合などは例外なく入店を断ります。

初回ご来店時に質問をさせていただく場合があります。
場合によっては入会をお断りすることがありますことご了承ください。

個人情報は厳守いたしますので何らかのトラブルがない限りこちらから連絡することはありません。

グループでのご来店は断る場合があります。

ご来店の際は受付にて当ホームページでの会員登録時に送信されたメールを見せてください。
必要に応じて登録されたメールアドレスや電話番号の内容を確認します。

会員画面へログインできなくなった際は、身分証の再提示の上で再度新規会員登録させていただきます。

下記禁止事項に該当する方など当方で問題があると判断した会員については予告なく会員資格を剥奪します。
会員資格が剥奪された場合は当ホームページへのログインができません。
理由の説明はしません。

店内を故意に汚す破損する行為

店内での睡眠行為

他の会員様に対して、迷惑となる不快な行為

暴力団関係者、デートクラブ等の関係者の入店

入れ墨やタトゥーがある方の入店

泥酔や団体での入店

その他詳細事項はご来店時に説明しますが、他の会員様のクレームや店側からの指示に従わない場合などは即退場・退会となる場合がありますのでご注意下さい。 
尚、その際には入会金および入場料金の返金は一切しませんので予めご了承のうえご来店ください。

新規会員申請後、実際に当店へご来店いただき入会手続きを経て正式に会員になってログイン可能となります。
新規会員申請後すぐに会員ログインはできませんのでご注意ください。
新規会員申請後に送られるメールを当店ご来店時にスタッフに見せてください。

Membership

FLASH is a members only bar.
In general rule, Only couples can join this membership.
If it's your first time visiting, please register as a member before visiting to the bar.
Both of the couple need to register as members.

*For guests from foreign countries
When you first come to the bar, each person must bring their own ID (Passport for tourists/Residence card for people living in Japan).
If either of a couple does not have the piece of ID, they will be refused entry without exception.

We may ask you some questions on your first visit and may decline your membership in some cases.

There is an initial registration fee of 5,000 yen per couple.

Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
We will not contact you unless there is some kind of trouble.

We may refuse group visits.

When you visit our bar, please show the receptionist the email sent to you when you registered as a member on our website.
We will check the details of your registered email address and phone number if necessary.

We will revoke your membership without notice from any member who we determine to be problematic, such as those who fall under the prohibited items listed below.
If your membership has been revoked, you will not be able to log in to our website.
No explanation will be given for the reason.

Prohibited matter

Entering drunk people or groups

Entering people with tattoos

Entering people of organized crime groups or dating clubs

Taking pictures inside the bar with personal cameras (including smartphones, digital cameras, and videos)

Intentionally soiling or damaging the bar

Sleeping inside the bar

Any unpleasant behavior that may be a nuisance to other members

Other details will be explained when you visit, but please note that if there are complaints from other members or you do not follow instructions from the bar, you may be asked to leave immediately.
Please note that even in such cases, there will be no refund of membership fees or admission fees, so please be aware of this before visiting the bar.

After applying for a new membership, you can actually visit our store and go through the enrollment procedure to officially become a member and log in.
Please note that you will not be able to log in as a member soon after applying for a new membership.
Please show the email you receive after applying for a new membership to our staff when you visit our store.
